I'm a Member...what does it mean

As members, we all believe in the mission and goals of the ICD. Supporting our club now is more critical than ever. Whether we can be a participant in or able to attend a certain event, it doesn't matter, we need to support that event. Certainly this is true with being a member of the ICD. More specifically, it is true of our two major fundraisers, the Gala and the Golf Tournament, which sustain the ICD throughout the year. At only these events, we formally share our success with another charity, like,Children's Medical Center. So, we all must support at whatever level we can. Hopefully, that is being in attendance but if that is not possible, we need to support these events financially and through volunteerism. If you can't attend, I can't think of a nicer gift for a friend, a relative or a business associate than a gift of a round of golf in our tournament or an evening at the Gala, especially if they may want to become a member like you. We certainly want participants in our events. Participants help because they are exposed to all the things that make this club great, but what we really want is members. Members who believe in the mission and goals of the ICD. I want to thank you all for being members.
