Celebrating Italian Culture, Tradition, Cuisine, and Community

Dear ICD Members, Karen Mungioli wants to express her heartfelt gratitude for all your prayers and words of support & encouragement during these difficult days since the sudden death of her husband, Anthony.  They have been a great source of strength for her and the entire Mungioli family.  She also wants to let you know that, in addition to the rosary recitation on Thursday evening and the funeral on Friday morning, there will be a viewing this evening, Wednesday, Oct. 1, at 6:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, she asks that donations be made to Cristo Rei Jesuit High School in Houston or to the Italian Club of Dallas. Please continue to keep Karen and the Mungioli family in your hearts as they lay their beloved Anthony to rest.

Funeral information, Gala postponed

To the ICD Family,

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I inform you of the
tragic death of Anthony Mungioli, a lifetime member of the ICD.

Due to the tragic loss of our friend, Anthony, who was killed in a
fatal accident Monday morning, the Columbus Day Gala scheduled for
Saturday, October 4, is postponed. Also postponed will be the
Thursday, Oct. 2, Book Club meeting. Students in Thursday language
classes should check with their instructors.

Funeral Arrangements:

Visitation and a rosary recitation will be held at All Saints
Catholic Church on Thursday, Oct. 2, at 7 p.m. The funeral mass will
be at All Saints at 11 a.m. on Friday. All Saints is located at
Meadowcreek and Arapaho.

Please keep the entire Mungioli family in your thoughts and prayers
during these difficult days.
