ICD Profile.....Giver..... to the community

As you know, recently the ICD has had two major fundraisers, the Golf tournament and the Columbus Day Gala. We were fortunate to successfully made a profit for the club and our charities. Today, we presented a check for $1000 to Hunger Busters to assist them in their projects to feed the needy in Dallas. They have expanded their programs to include school kids who don't get a meal unless organizations like Hunger Busters provide them with one. Through no fault of their own, these poor kids are going hungry. The ICD is delighted to help feed those less fortunate than ourselves and salutes Hunger Busters for their efforts in making sure people in Dallas are not going to bed hungry. We will expand our efforts with Hunger Busters to provide our members a chance for hands-on help of these needy people. As always, the ICD leads with its heart and acts to back it up.
