Italian Club Member Livia Tamburino will be showing us how to make homemade gnocchi with a traditional tomato sauce along with a specialty of hers – petti di polli ripieni (stuffed chicken breasts). Livia is from San Fele in the Basilicata region of Italy and we have enjoyed her delicious, authentic Italian cooking at our cena many times. Recipes will be included and we’ll be serving our featured monthly wine.
