Go Wild at the ICD Wild Game Dinner

If things aren’t wild enough, they are going to get wilder. On March 29th, the chefs of the ICD will prepare a special meal of wild game and all of the trappings. You will enjoy the tastes of various meats including cinghiale(wild boar), coniglio(rabbit), cervo(venison), and quaglia(quail) will be served Italian style including pastas. Feel free to dress in your hunting wear, pith helmets and tracking outfits. Hunting dogs, snares, tap sticks and shotguns will not be needed for you to enjoy a tasty meal from the wilds and all the accompaniments. Prizes will be awarded to the most authentic outfits for pursuit of the wild game. Be creative and win a prize.
