What do you get when you combine cowboy boots, hats and jeans with Pasta Bolognese, Pasta Primavera, Chianti and Italian cowboys??? Some happy cowboys !!!! Last evening, Pasta Night at the ICD had the added attraction of some real cowboys in attendance, some from Texas, some from Italy. After viewing a demonstration of what these cowboys do with their trained horses, the large crowd, many wearing their Western finest, were treated to a lively Q & A about what it is like to be a cowboy whether in Royce City, TX or Bologna, Italy.

Great food, interesting guests and lively conversation provided a complete fun evening......only the horses were missing.
