The ICD is going to be very lucky in the month of July. Every Friday, Chef Tomasso Lestingi, former Executive Chef at the Grotto on Mckinney, will be preparing our Cenas. Chef Tomasso is from Puglia and as you might expect was trained in Italy. During a short sabbatical from the restaurant business, we will amazed and delighted by the chef's culinary skills. His cooking lessons at the ICD have always been a sell-out where he displays his authentic dishes from his region of Italy.
