Chef Gina Stipo returns to Dallas during January! In addition to preparing a cena, Gina will teach two cooking lessons focusing on Tuscany cuisine January 19th at 11 a.m. and January 21st at 6:30 p.m. Each cooking lesson will include the typical four courses to include seasonal primo and secondo Tuscan dishes.

Gina lives in Tuscany near Siena and has a cooking school – Ecco La Cucina offering weeklong culinary tours and single day cooking classes. Please visit her website – www.EccoLaCucina.com.

Her classes are fun and informative and include some of the food traditions and culture of this area of Italy. A tasting of the foods prepared with wine from Tuscany and recipes are included in the class.
