Fall Membership Meeting and Board Elections

Calendar:

On Sunday, November 18, the Board of Directors will hold its Fall Membership Meeting beginning at 7 p.m. This is one of two general membership meetings that are held annually. The primary purpose of the meeting is to report the results of the Board of Directors election for the coming year and the state of the Club. The Election Committee will be available to receive any ballots that have not been received earlier and will tabulate and report the results during the meeting. Desserts and refreshments will be served. See you there!

Agenda: Welcome, Closing of the Voting, State of the Club, Committee Special Reports, Election Results.

Don't forget to vote!

Current members should have received their ballot in the mail already. After completing your ballot, please return it in the enclosed envelope, or drop it in the ballot box at the Club prior to 7 p.m. on Nov. 18.
