The 2007 Columbus Gala is drawing near with preparations being made for a spectacular evening on Saturday, October 13. The wines are ordered and being catalogued, the menu is being perfected, the decorations are being finalized, the orchestra is reviewing the sheet music and anticipation is running high. This fun evening begins with a Prosecco reception with hors d’uerves that kicks off the Fine Italian Wine Auction, a superb dinner, Italian coffees, desserts and dancing follow. A special Cognac, Single Malts and Cigar Bar added to the line up this year is available for an extra donation.
