New Kitchen "Sheriff" in town

If you missed it, I am sorry. Our new "Chef-in-Residence", Chef Pietro(Pete) Nolasco showed off his skills in coordinating and cooking a great "Wine Tasting and Pasta Night" with his able club team of Mary Potter and Alex Rossi. Chef Pietro will be the driving force for all of our regular events and coordinating with our volunteer cooks.

Chef Pietro is the former Exec-Chef for Sambuca and continues his very successful catering business. We are delighted to have the Chef in our kitchen. He will also coordinate catering for club rentals.
